Dear Mount Pleasant Community;
1. SCG Meeting Notice
Members and newcomers are welcome to participate in the Mount Pleasant Community Planning Programme, consisting of the Social Coordinating Group (SCG), the Community Liaison Group (CLG), or as a future community workshop participant.
Those interested in the ‘social component’ of this planning program are encouraged to attend the first SCG meeting on March 4, Tuesday, 6 PM to 8 PM, at the Native Education College: 285 E. 5th Ave. An agenda will be available in advance of the meeting.
2. Community Action Agenda: APPROVED
On February 14, 2008, Council endorsed the Mount Pleasant Community Action Agenda (CAA). The CAA identifies 4 key social issues and a series of related goals and potential actions to be carried out by the Social Coordinating Group (SCG).

3. Keeping In Touch
Anyone who has received the personal email invitation to the Social Coordinating Group First Meeting are to ‘reply’ back to confirm your contact detail.
