Rick Stonehouse has been involved in selling real estate for almost 25 years. I have been negotiating real estate since I was 8 and made my first transaction with a friend for the perfect tree that I pictured building my fort. It cost me a weeks allowance yet provided many years of enjoyment. Location was important then, as it is today. After renovating eighteen houses over many years I still love talking about real estate. It is my goal to offer sound knowledgeable advice whether you’re buying or selling or just interested in an opinion of what is happening in the current real estate market.

Originally from the Kootenays, Toni has lived and worked in Vancouver for the past 32 years, creating deep roots in the community where she's now a realtor with veteran agent Rick Stonehouse.

With a previous background in theatre and in crisis counselling, relationships have always been paramount for Toni, and inform her particular approach to client service.

For me, it's all about the people I meet and help to navigate the real estate market. Regardless of whether they are buying, selling or just wanting to stay informed about the market, I know how important real estate decisions are, and that they take time. Each client is unique and important to me, and I personalize my approach to meet the needs of our customers.
